We track picks. We do not tell you what to bet.

Everything here, including the newsletter, is for information and entertainment. It is not betting, financial or legal advice, and past results say nothing about future ones. Any bet you place is your own decision and your own risk.

Who may use it

Adults, where sports betting is legal.

You must be 21 or older to use this site or sign up for the newsletter. It is your job to know and follow the betting laws where you live.

Independence

No affiliation with any podcast or sportsbook.

PodPicksTracker is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any podcast, network or sportsbook. Show names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the shows being tracked.

Accuracy

We work hard to get every grade right, and we fix the ones we get wrong.

Picks, prices and results are recorded by hand and by software, and mistakes happen. The site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, accurate or always available. If you spot an error, please report a correction.

The newsletter

Free, optional, and easy to leave.

Signing up means you agree to receive PodPicksTracker emails. No spam, and we won’t sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and why. We may change how often issues go out, or stop the newsletter, at any time.

Our content

Share it freely, just do not pass it off as yours.

The site’s text, grades, tables and charts belong to PodPicksTracker. You are welcome to link to them and quote them with credit. Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it in bulk, or republish it as your own.

Liability

We are not responsible for your bets.

To the fullest extent the law allows, PodPicksTracker is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or the newsletter, including money lost on bets.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.

Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions go through the contact form.
